Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using this Site (toys.aimuse.ae), placing an order with MUSE Information Services L.L.C-FZ (“MUSE,” “we,” “us”), or accepting a quotation from us, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place orders.

2. About MUSE

MUSE Information Services L.L.C-FZ is a B2B distributor of designer toys, blind boxes, vinyl figures, plush collectibles, and corporate gifts, registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE. We operate the consumer-facing brand MUSE Trendy Toy at https://toys.aimuse.ae/.

Our principal activities:

  • Distribution of designer toys and collectibles to GCC retailers (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman)
  • Corporate gift programmes (Ramadan, Eid, National Day, corporate events)
  • IP licensing collaboration with our original character Hala (a baby Saker Falcon)
  • Custom branded merchandise sourcing from our China supplier network

3. Products & Pricing

  • All product specifications, photographs, and descriptions on the Site are for illustrative purposes. Colours and finishes may vary slightly between production batches.
  • Prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise specified, exclusive of VAT (5%) and customs duties for shipments outside UAE.
  • Quoted prices are valid for 14 days from the date of the quotation.
  • MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is flexible and negotiated per order; quoted on a case-by-case basis.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • An order is created when you accept our quotation by email or signed proforma invoice. A contract is formed when we send order confirmation.
  • We may decline any order at our discretion (e.g. insufficient stock, suspected fraud, OFAC-sanctioned recipients).
  • Stock-availability changes after our acceptance may delay fulfilment; we will notify you and offer the choice of alternative SKU, partial shipment, or cancellation.

5. Payment Terms

Standard B2B terms:

  • 50% deposit on order confirmation
  • 50% balance before shipment
  • Custom credit terms may be agreed in writing for repeat retail partners

Accepted methods: UAE bank transfer (AED), wire transfer (USD/EUR for international corporate buyers), agreed credit cards (subject to processor approval). We do not collect or store card data ourselves.

Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by UAE law, whichever is lower.

6. Delivery

  • GCC standard delivery: 2–5 business days from our Dubai warehouse
  • Custom/bespoke production: lead time confirmed on quotation (typically 4–6 weeks)
  • Risk of loss passes to the Customer on delivery to the carrier (Incoterms DAP for GCC, EXW for international by default; alternative terms by agreement)
  • Customs duties for shipments outside UAE are paid by the Customer unless otherwise agreed
  • Force majeure events (port strikes, customs holds, supplier production stoppage) extend delivery time by the period of the event; we communicate proactively

7. Quality, Warranty & Inspection

  • Goods are inspected at our Dubai warehouse before shipment.
  • Manufacturer warranty (where the product carries one) is passed through to the Customer; we facilitate warranty claims.
  • The Customer must inspect goods on receipt and report any defect, damage, or short-shipment within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence and original packaging retained.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

See our Refund & Exchange Policy. In summary:

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed orders.
  • We offer exchanges for defective items only, within 7 days of delivery.
  • Shipping damage is handled by the carrier with our facilitation.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Our content: the Site design, photographs, copy, the Hala character, and all MUSE Trendy Toy branding are protected by UAE and international copyright/trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
  • Your content: if you submit logos, designs, or brand assets for custom production, you warrant that you have the rights to use them and grant us a non-exclusive licence to use them solely to fulfil your order.
  • Hala IP licensing is governed by a separate licence agreement, not by these Terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MUSE, its officers and employees, from any claim arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of our products, (c) third-party IP infringement claims related to assets you provided us for custom production.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
  • Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the total invoice value of that order.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations applicable in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved first by 30 days of good-faith negotiation between authorised representatives. If unresolved, disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

14. Changes

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting an updated version here and updating the “Last updated” date. Changes take effect 30 days after posting for existing customers; immediately for new orders. Continued use of the Site or placement of new orders after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
